Perception vs. Reality of Our Industry
On Thursday, July 29, we came together to offer our first state meeting to focus on The Perception vs. The Reality of Our Industry. Topics included: the state of the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF); how you can take action to encourage lawmakers to provide additional RRF funding; operators from across the Commonwealth shared stories about the reality of the situation we find ourselves in. The 10 person panel of speakers included Andrew Zimmern (chef, writer, tv host, and Independent Restaurant Coalition founding member) and Jody Adams (chef/owner Trade, Porto, Saloniki, and MRU founding member + Co-chair).
