MRU Table Talks – Sobremesa is a platform for the restaurant community to share resources and make connections. “Sobremesa” is the Spanish tradition of relaxing at the table with conversation and dessert after a meal. Guests will talk about their experiences, successes or failures, and lessons they’ve learned while operating their restaurants, with plenty of time for discussion and Q&A.
